Material Input
Direct Material Input (DMI) is the total of all the materials used in the economy. Domestic Material Consumption (DMC) equals the DMI minus exports. Compared the GDP, it shows the amount of material required to generate a unit of gross domestic product.
Both Direct Material input and Domestic Material Consumption show improving trends in Hungary.
